Job Title - Project Manager Position - 6-Month Contract with Extension Potential
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead a significant and high-profile installation project for a prestigious client. This is a contract position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a large-scale installation project, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and meet critical milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Proactively manage and solve project-related issues and challenges.
- Ensure effective communication and report progress to senior management and clients.
- Manage schedules, and resources efficiently to meet project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in large-scale installation or construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- Competence in handling budgets and resource allocation.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to travel to and from project sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
