Job Title - CAD Designer / CNC Operator – Woodworking Technology and Craftsmanship
Job Description
Are you adept with CAD software and ready for a hands-on challenge? Saint Lu Woodworking Ltd seeks a dynamic individual to operate our advanced CNC woodworking machine. This role is ideal for those who desire to merge their technical design skills with practical, manual work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Location
Saint Lu Woodworking, Vieux-Fort Industrial Estate
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage a CNC woodworking machine, transforming digital designs into high-quality woodwork products.
- Use AutoCAD and other CAD software to design and prepare projects for manufacturing.
- Perform physical tasks associated with machine operation, including setup, material handling, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure high-quality output and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software, with a strong understanding of design principles.
- Willingness to engage in both technical and manual aspects of the job.
- A proactive learner, open to training and mastering the operation of CNC machinery.
- Prior experience in CNC operation is a bonus but not mandatory; we value potential and are committed to training the right individual.
